2 tbsp butter, melted
2 cups all-purpose flour
4 tsp Clabber Girl Baking Powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup butter
1 cup buttermilk
Preheat oven to 350° F. Stir together flour, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Cut in 1/4 cup butter into mixture with pastry cutter until crumbly. Add buttermilk and stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface. Pat to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut with 2-1/2 inch round cutter. Place 2 tablespoons butter in 10-1/2 inch cast iron skillet. Place in 350° F oven for 5 minutes until butter melts. Remove from oven and add biscuits. Bake at 350° F for 20 minutes, or until golden.
