1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. pineapple juice
3/4 c. orange juice
1/2 c. lemon juice
4 eggs
1/2 c. whipping cream
4 1/2 Tbsp. Clabber Girl Corn Starch
Combine corn starch and sugar in a small bowl and blend well. In a medium saucepan, combine all juices and heat to boiling. Using a wire whisk, slowly add corn starch mixture to hot juices. Beat eggs in a small bowl and add a little of the hot liquid. Add egg mixture to saucepan. Cook and stir until thickened. Chill quickly (within 4 hours) to below 41° F. Whip the cream and fold into dressing just before serving. Serve with assorted fruit such as strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, peaches, watermelon and grapes.
