Vanilla Bourbon Bread

2 C. all-purpose flour

C. granulated sugar
2 tsp. Clabber Girl
®
Baking Powder

C. heavy cream
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. bourbon
1 Tbsp. Spice Islands
®
Pure Vanilla Extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan; set aside.
In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
With electric mixer at low speed, beat until well blended.
Add cream, eggs, bourbon and vanilla.
Beat at low speed until dry ingredients are evenly moistened.
With mixer at medium speed beat just until batter is smooth, about 15 seconds.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until bread tests done (a toothpick inserted into center of loaf comes out clean).
