These cookies combine semi sweet, milk and white chocolate for a triple chocolate chip treat!

Ingredients

4 cups brown sugar, packed
8 eggs
4 tsp vanilla
10 cups all-purpose flour
2 tbsp Clabber Girl Baking Powder
2 cups sticks) butter or margarine, softened
4 cups semisweet chocolate chips
2 cups all vegetable shortening
4 cups milk chocolate chips
2 cups granulated sugar
8 oz white chocolate baking bar with cocoa butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 F. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper or spray with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

Chop white baking bar into bits; set aside. In a very large bowl, beat butter and shortening together until fluffy; add sugars; beat in eggs and vanilla.

In a separate very large bowl, combine flour, Clabber Girl Baking Powder and salt. Mix into creamed mixture.

Mix in both kinds of chocolate chips and chopped white baking bar. Scoop dough, using 1 1/2 oz. scoop, onto baking sheets. Flatten cookies to 2-inch diameter.

Bake at 375 F until cookies are lightly browned, about 8 to 10 minutes.

Cool on wire racks.
