Tart lemon cream frosting goes perfectly on a white, lemon, or chocolate cake!

Ingredients

4 tbsp butter
1 tsp lemon rind, grated
3 cups powdered sugar, sifted
3 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

In medium mixing bowl, cream butter. Add lemon rind and blend well. Gradually add powdered sugar alternately with lemon juice, beating until smooth.
