3 tsp. Clabber Girl Baking Powder
2 oz. Bourbon
Grated peel of an orange
3 c. unbleached flour
1 c. butterscotch chips or pecans
3 eggs
Cinnamon sugar
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Preheat oven to 350° F. Line two insulated cookie sheets with parchment paper. Mix eggs through orange peel in a bowl with a spoon. When well blended, fold in flour. Fold in chips and/or nuts. Make fresh cinnamon/sugar topping and sprinkle each loaf generously. Bake at 350° F. until golden brown; slice, place each slice on its side, and bake again until golden. Enjoy!
