1 C. McCann’s

Rolled Irish Oats, uncooked

C. sugar
1 Tbsp. Clabber Girl
®
Baking Powder

tsp. salt
1 C. milk

C. Crisco

Pure Vegetable Oil
2 tsp. Spice Islands
®
Pure Vanilla Extract
1 egg, lightly beaten
¾ C. sliced strawberries
Cinnamon sugar
¾ tsp. Spice Islands
®
Ground Saigon Cinnamon
1 Tbsp. sugar
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 400°F.
Combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder and salt; mix well.
Combine milk, oil, vanilla and egg – add to dry mixture.
Mix just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Gently fold in strawberries.
If desired, sprinkle batter with cinnamon sugar (to make this, just mix your cinnamon and sugar together in a small bowl).
Bake 18- 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let muffins stand a few minutes; remove from pan.
