This strawberry cream filling is perfect for chocolate cupcakes and cakes. Very simple to make and only has 4 ingredients!

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups strawberries, sliced

Directions

In a medium mixing bowl beat whipping cream, sugar and vanilla until stiff. Top each cake layer with 1/2 filling mixture and 3/4 cup strawberries.
