1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Clabber Girl Baking Powder
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp Clabber Girl Baking Soda
1 tsp allspice
1 cup butter (margarine)
2 1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup brown sugar (packed)
1 cup pecans (chopped)
Preheat oven to 350° F. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter (margarine), and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla beat well. Stir in salt, spices, oatmeal, flour, Clabber Girl Baking Powder and Baking Soda. Stir in pecans and mix until combined well. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or just until slightly golden. Recipe Revised 9/14
