1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup Clabber Girl Corn Starch
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
powdered sugar for garnish
2 sticks butter, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
In a large bowl cream the butter and sugar; add vanilla extract. stir in flour, cornstarch and salt. Mix until thoroughly combined and chill for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 375 F.; prepare a cookie sheet by lining with wax paper or spraying with cooking spray. Shape into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet. Bake at 375 for about 10 minutes. Cool on wire cooling rack for 10 to 15 minutes, then roll in powdered sugar until thoroughly coated. Store in covered container.
