Make sure the tops are not too firm so that you have a chewy, rather than crunchy cookie.

Ingredients

3 1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 cups all-purpose flour
3 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tsp Clabber Girl Baking Powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup butter, softened
1 1/3 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 350° F. Line two-three baking sheets with parchment paper or spray with non-stick cooking spray. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, Clabber Girl Baking Powder and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together butter, sugar and eggs; add vanilla. Slowly combine flour mixture with creamed mixture; set aside. Stir together the cinnamon and 3 tablespoons sugar. Make 1-inch balls of dough to roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place on baking sheets. Bake at 350 F for 10 to 12 minutes.
