Ingredients: Cookie Dough:; 3 cups all-purpose flour; 2 tsp Clabber Girl® Baking Powder; 1/4 tsp salt; 1 cup butter, softened; 1 1/3 cups sugar; 2 eggs; 1 tsp. Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract; ; Topping:; 3 1/2 tsp. Spice Islands® Ground Saigon Cinnamon; 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar

Make sure the tops are not too firm so that you have a chewy, rather than crunchy cookie.

Ingredients

Cookie Dough:

3 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp Clabber Girl® Baking Powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup butter, softened
1 1/3 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract

Topping:

3 1/2 tsp. Spice Islands® Ground Saigon Cinnamon
3 Tbsp. granulated sugar

Directions

Cookie Dough:

Preheat oven to 350° F. Line two-three baking sheets with parchment paper or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
In a separate bowl, cream together butter, sugar and eggs; add vanilla.
Slowly combine flour mixture with creamed mixture; set aside.

Topping:

Stir together the cinnamon and 3 tablespoons sugar.
Make 1-inch balls of dough to roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Place on baking sheets. Bake at 350° F for 10 to 12 minutes.
