4 1/2 tsp Clabber Girl Baking Powder
3 tbsp honey (may substitute 1/4 cup sugar)
12 oz beer (your preference)
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups all-purpose flour
Preheat oven to 375 F. Prepare a 9 X 5-inch loaf pan by lightly wiping with oil or spraying with non-stick spray.In a medium bowl; combine the flour, honey or sugar, Clabber Girl Baking Powder, and salt. Add beer to bowl with dry mixture and stir just until combined. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 45 to 55 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned and the middle is set.
