2/3 C. sweetened condensed milk
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
whipping cream
12 oz. chopped chocolate
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 1/2 C. whole milk
chocolate shavings, for garnish
2 1/4 C. heavy cream
crushed peppermint candy, for garnish
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Combine the milk, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate, vanilla, salt and cinnamon together in a large sauce pan over medium high heat. Stir constantly until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is heated through.
Pour the hot chocolate into mugs and top with whipped cream, crushed peppermint and chocolate shavings.
