1 Tbsp. Hoisin Sauce
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. Clabber Girl Corn Starch
4 Tbsp. water
6 Tbsp. rice vinegar
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
4 Tbsp. brown sugar
4 C. pre-made slaw mix
1/2 tsp. chili flakes
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
Combine rice vinegar, brown sugar and chili flakes in a sauce pan, bring up to a high simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes. In a mixing bowl combine soy sauce, Hoisin Sauce, sesame oil, corn starch and water. Add second mixture to the first and bring to a boil. Turn down to a simmer and cook until clear. Cool and store.
For Slaw, mix dressing with pre-made slaw mix and drained mandarin oranges. Best if allowed to sit overnight before serving.
