Marshmallow-Frosting

Use for a pie filling, cupcake topping, or even swirled in brownies!

Ingredients

1 1/3 C. unsalted butter, softened
7 oz. marshmallow cream
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. milk
2 2/3 C. powdered sugar

Directions

Mix butter and marshmallow cream until well combined. Add extract and milk; add powdered sugar, a little at a time, mixing after each addition.

*For a thicker frosting add more sugar; for a thinner frosting (or glaze) add more milk.
