Combine drink mix, sugar, flour, soda and baking powder.
In a separate bowl, cream the butter, vanilla and egg. Stir dry mixture in with creamed mixture until thoroughly combined; add white chocolate chips. (Dough may appear to be a little dry.)
Roll dough into a log approximately 8-10” long and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill for 1 hour or overnight.
Slice into ¼” thick pieces. Place on lightly greased baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
Bake at 350° F for 12 to 14 minutes.
Cool on wire racks.
