1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup chocolate chips
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
4 eggs
1/2 cup approximate) powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp Clabber Girl Baking Powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 oz squares bittersweet chocolate, melted and cooled
1 cup dried cranberries
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper. In a large bowl, beat chocolate, oil, and 2 cups sugar until creamy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine flour, Clabber Girl Baking Powder and salt; beat into sugar mixture. Stir in cranberries, chocolate chips and walnuts. Chill for 1 to 2 hours or until the dough is easy to handle.Drop by teaspoonfuls into powdered sugar; roll to coat. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 F for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool on rack.
