1/4 C. sliced onion
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. Clabber Girl Corn Starch
3 C. water
2 tsp. salt
1/2 C. heavy cream
3 1/2 lbs. chicken breast
1/2 C. butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350° F. Cut chicken into serving pieces and saute in butter for about 10 minutes. Remove chicken and place in a large casserole dish. saute onion in butter until tender. Stir in corn starch until thick and smooth. Gradually stir in water, then add salt and pepper. Pour over chicken; cover. Cook in preheated oven about 1 hour or until tender. Add cream just before serving.
