1 C. firmly packed brown sugar

Quick Cooking Rolled Irish Oats
Directions
Preheat to Bake at 350°F.
In a medium saucepan combine blueberries, sugar, water, corn starch and salt. Cook at medium heat about 10 minutes or until thickened. Set aside.
In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Cut in butter with pastry cutter. Stir in brown sugar and rolled oats.
Press half of mixture into greased 13 X 9 inch baking pan. Pour blueberry mixture on top that with with other half of the flour mixture.
Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes, until top is slightly browned.
Cool before cutting into bars.
