This banana nut bread does not skimp out on the banana flavor! Great recipe to share with friends and family looking for the perfect banana bread.

Baking spray with flour
1 egg
1 egg white
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 3 medium)
1 tsp Rumford Baking Powder
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp Clabber Girl Baking Soda
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1/4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
Heat oven to 350 F. Combine the bananas, sugar, yogurt, margarine, vanilla, egg and egg white in a large mixing bowl; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until blended. Combine flour, Rumford Baking Powder, baking soda and salt; stir in walnuts. Add flour mixture to banana mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon batter into a 8×4-inch loaf pan coated with floured baking spray. Bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes on wire rack; remove from pan cool completely on wire rack.
