This banana nut bread does not skimp out on the banana flavor! Great recipe to share with friends and family looking for the perfect banana bread.

  1. Heat oven to 350 F.
  2. Combine the bananas, sugar, yogurt, butter, vanilla, egg and egg white in a large mixing bowl; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until blended.
  3. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; stir in walnuts.
  4. Add flour mixture to banana mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  5. Spoon batter into a 8×4-inch loaf pan coated with floured baking spray.
  6. Bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
  7. Cool 10 minutes on wire rack; remove from pan cool completely on wire rack.
