Pudding:
Generously grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with margarine or butter. In the pan, arrange sliced apples and raisins; set aside. In a small bowl mix sugar, walnuts, nutmeg, cinnamon and dash of salt; sprinkle over apple-raisin mixture. Dot with margarine or butter; sprinkle lemon juice over mixture; set aside.
Apple Farm Butter Batter:
In a medium bowl, beat together egg, milk and melted butter. Add flour, sugar, salt and baking powder; mix well. Pour over apple-raisin mixture. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 45 minutes.
Serve with dollop of whipped cream or ice cream.
