Almond Amaretto Quick Bread

Ingredients
Baker’s Joy® Nonstick Spray with Flour
1 ½ C. all-purpose flour
1 C. granulated sugar
¾ tsp. salt
¾ tsp.
Clabber Girl® Baking Powder
¾ C. 2% or whole milk
½ C.
Crisco® Pure Canola Oil or Vegetable Oil
2 Tbsp. amaretto liqueur
2 eggs
1 tsp.
Spice Islands® Pure Almond Extract
1 C. cranberries, fresh or frozen and thawed, optional
Directions
Preheat oven to 325˚F and spray a 4-6 cup loaf pan with Baker’s Joy® Nonstick Spray with Flour; set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, oil, amaretto, eggs and almond extract until well blended.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and gently fold to combine. Do not overmix.
Fold in the cranberries if using.
Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool in the pan for 15 minutes then invert the pan to remove the loaf and allow to fully cool on a wire rack.
Garnish as desired.
