Directions
Preheat griddle to 375° F.
In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar and salt.
In a small bowl, whisk eggs, buttermilk and butter until blended.
Stir egg mixture into flour mixture; mix with a whisk until batter is smooth.

C. batter onto lightly-greased hot griddle.
Flip pancakes after bubbles appear in batter and edges appear dry.
Pancakes are done when brown on both sides.
Serve with butter and warm syrup.
